Simon is a qualified chartered accountant registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has a background in deal advisory and formation with various multinational entities, as he worked for the largest bank in Africa. Furthermore, he advised various impactful logistic businesses with regard to corporate finance and strategic considerations for growth.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting Sciences Honours degree obtained from the University of Pretoria.
