Lesegisha is a venture capitalist with a deep history in auditing the public sector and advising numerous entities outside of it. He has dealt with varying cross-border transactions, such as with businesses based in America and Kenya. Most notably, Lesegisha was selected as one of the co-authors of the Africa80 Project, an initiative that gives young Africans an opportunity to provide the solutions that will shape Africa’s growth path in various fields. To this end Lesegisha wrote chapter 10 on Investment, Finance and AID.
Lesegisha is a co-founder to Thousand1000 Capital (Pty) Ltd, an investment club that seeks to mobilize 1000 young professionals to invest in establishing the township as a market ripe for investment. In addition, he serves on the Board of Trustees for Devon Park Body Corporate and the Advisory Board for Athlima Tech (Pty) Ltd. He has more than 7 years JSE investing experience and is a proponent of the value investing philosophy.
Lesegisha holds a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting Sciences degree obtained from the University of Pretoria, a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Accounting Sciences and a Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) from Monash University.

Tokyo is the managing partner of a boutique commercial law firm and he has experience working for an international law firm. He has dealt with numerous national and international contractual disputes, strategic corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance matters.
Tokyo serves as Chief Legal Officer to multiple companies operating within the technology, private equity, and sports industries. He is an executive member of the Young Professionals Council of the the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He is also a member of the Legal Practice Council, the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and the Environmental Law Association of South Africa. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Khaza Consultants (Pty) Ltd and Athlima Tech (Pty) Ltd.
Tokyo is an admitted attorney (practising) of the High Court of South Africa. He holds an MBA from IU International University of Applied Sciences (based in Germany), which speaks to the global ambitions he has for his clients and for himself. He further holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Pretoria, an RE1 certification granted by the FSCA, and a Global Financial Compliance certificate from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (based in London).

Panaso Ndlela
Advisory Board Member: Risk and Compliance
Panaso has more than 30 years of experience operating within the mining, FMCG, logistics and transport industries. She has served as Chief Financial Officer for the Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market (Pty) Ltd, which is the largest market for fresh fruits and vegetables in South Africa. She has also been a loving wife and mother for more than 20 years, having raised a doctor, lawyer and daughter who is currently studying to be a chartered accountant.
Panaso has held numerous managerial positions within Transnet SOC Ltd, which is South Africa’s largest rail, port and pipeline company. She has served as the Chairperson of the Zululand Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She is currently a member of the South African Institute of Business Accountants.
Panaso holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Zululand and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Heriot-Watt University (based in the United Kingdom).
Mark Cele
Advisory Board Member: Labour Advisory
Mark has more than 24 years experience in managing human capital and organisational development in different capacities across various sectors from the manufacturing, mining and automotive fields. He was a board member for Murray and Roberts Building Products – which is a subsidiary of Murray and Roberts Holdings Ltd (one of the largest JSE listed construction companies in South Africa) – Bafokeng Concor Technicrete, and Ocon Brick.
Mark is considered an expert in his industry, as he has been the Head of the HR Department within the EMEAR focal group for various multinational companies, such as Mondi (a global leader in packaging and paper) and ESCO Corporation (an international manufacturer of mining, construction and industrial equipment). He has represented numerous private, public and governmental entities in labour disputes.
Mark holds a postgraduate diploma in Labour Dispute Practice from the University of Witwatersrand and a Master of Commerce degree in Labour Relations and HR from the University of Port Elizabeth.
