Tokyo Ndlela

Tokyo is the managing partner of a boutique commercial law firm and he has experience working for an international law firm. He has dealt with numerous national and international contractual disputes, strategic corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance matters.

Tokyo serves as Chief Legal Officer to multiple companies operating within the technology, private equity, and sports industries. He is an executive member of the Young Professionals Council of the the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He is also a member of the Legal Practice Council, the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and the Environmental Law Association of South Africa. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Khaza Consultants (Pty) Ltd and Athlima Tech (Pty) Ltd.

Tokyo is an admitted attorney (practising) of the High Court of South Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Pretoria. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IU International University of Applied Sciences (based in Germany), an RE1 certification granted by the FSCA, and a Global Financial Compliance certificate from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (based in London).
